Boarding Program
At the core of our mission is nurturing boarding students to become future scholars (alim) and leaders. Our program focuses on providing a strong foundation in Islamic education, including Arabic language, Fiqh, and recitation of the Quran with Tajweed. Students participate in daily congregational prayers, learn to lead prayers, and practice calling the Adhan. With this education, students may choose to dedicate their lives to serving Allah’s Book or pursue careers of their choice while embodying the values of a model Muslim in society.
In addition to Islamic studies, we offer classrooms equipped for students to attend online academic classes from their high schools or universities.
The madrasah offers a comprehensive and enriching experience, designed to support students’ holistic development:
Cafeteria: A welcoming dining facility where nutritious and freshly prepared meals are served daily, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring students’ well-being and energy needs are met.
Extracurricular Activities: A diverse range of activities, including picnics, organized sports events such as football and basketball matches, and educational trips to local and out-of-town destinations, fostering teamwork, social interaction, and personal growth.
Recreational Facilities: A dedicated game room equipped with modern amenities such as a television, PS5, and board games, providing students with a relaxing and engaging environment during their leisure time.
Our boarding program extends beyond academics and Islamic education, emphasizing the development of strong peer connections, the cultivation of healthy habits, and the instillation of responsibility and mindfulness through daily life routines. This holistic approach equips students with the skills and values needed to lead purposeful and impactful lives.

Qurbani
The Significance of Qurbani
Qurbani, the act of sacrificing an animal as an act of worship for the sake of Allah, is a profound expression of devotion. It offers an opportunity to fulfill a wajib act of worship prescribed by Allah Almighty while fostering unity, compassion, and joy among individuals.
“So pray to your Lord and sacrifice [to Him alone].” (Surah Al-Kawthar, Verse 2)
Qurbani not only fulfills spiritual obligations but also serves as a means of protection and a source of blessings in one’s life. It is categorized into two types: Wajib Qurbani and Nafilah Qurbani.
Wajib Qurbani
Wajib Qurbani refers to the obligatory sacrifice performed once a year during Eid al-Adha. At Fatih Mosque, we assist you in fulfilling this obligation with professionalism and care.
- Our skilled staff carry out the sacrifice in accordance with Islamic principles, reciting Takbir throughout.
- The meat is then expertly prepared by our butchers.
- You have the option to either take your share of the Qurbani or donate it to those in need.
Nafilah Qurbani
Nafilah Qurbani refers to voluntary sacrifices performed outside Eid al-Adha as an act of sadaqah, whether for fulfilling a vow (adak), seeking health, or avoiding hardship.
Fatih Mosque provides a reliable service for donating your Nafilah Qurbani, ensuring it reaches those who need it most while enabling you to gain the spiritual rewards of your sacrifice.
Through our Qurbani services, we aim to facilitate this sacred act of worship in a manner that upholds its significance and benefits both the individual and the community.
Nikah/Wedding Services
In Islam, the family holds immense value as it not only ensures the continuation of generations but also provides a foundation for mutual support, fostering success and harmony among its members.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) emphasized the importance of marriage, saying:
“O young people! Whoever among you is able to marry should do so, as it helps lower the gaze and guard one’s modesty. And whoever is unable to marry should fast, as fasting diminishes desire.”
At Fatih Mosque, we are honored to assist couples in formalizing their union through Nikah ceremonies and organizing wedding programs.
Our experienced imams officiate the Nikah in the presence of the couple’s families and wedding witnesses, ensuring that all aspects align with Islamic traditions.
Wedding Programs
We offer a complete package for wedding celebrations, which can include:
- The recitation of the Quran
- Ilahis (Islamic hymns) and Duas
- Food service for guests

Fatih Mosque collaborates with Hisar Tours to provide essential educational resources and guidance for Hajj, the obligatory pilgrimage for those with financial means, as well as for Umrah, a Sunnah highly encouraged for all who are able.

Zakat and Sadaqah
Zakat
Zakat, one of the five pillars of Islam, is a fundamental act of worship and a mandatory form of charity prescribed by Allah. Derived from the Arabic word meaning “purification” or “growth,” Zakat serves as a means to cleanse one’s wealth and promote social equity. It is mentioned in the Quran immediately after Salah, underscoring its importance.
Each year, Muslims are required to give 2.5% (one-fortieth) of their total wealth to designated groups, including:
- The poor
- The stranded
- Those in debt
- Individuals seeking freedom from slavery
- Those engaged in service to Islam
Sadaqah
Sadaqah is a voluntary act of charity given to the poor or those in need as an expression of gratitude for blessings such as wealth, health, and happiness. Unlike Zakat, Sadaqah is not obligatory and can be given at any time.
Types of Sadaqah:
Sadaqah al-Fitr: A mandatory charity given by affluent Muslims at the end of Ramadan as a gesture of gratitude for fasting and to ensure everyone can celebrate Eid.
Sadaqah Jariyah: A form of ongoing charity that continues to benefit others and earns rewards even after one’s death, such as:
- Building a mosque
- Planting tree
- Raising righteous child•Producing beneficial knowledge
- Teaching the Quran
At Fatih Mosque, we ensure that your Zakat and Sadaqah are distributed to Quran students and individuals in need, helping them overcome their challenges and build better lives.

Ramadan al-Sharif
