Underneath the masjid are two dining halls, which the community uses for the meals that mark an occasion — a birth, a completed Quran, a return from Hajj, a gathering held in someone’s memory. Associations and community groups in the neighborhood use them too, for their programs and iftars.
One rate covers the halls whatever the occasion. The meal is added only if you would like our kitchen to cook it. Everything is set out below.

The halls seat 120 across two rooms. Tables and chairs are set for you, and the kitchen can cook and serve if you would rather not arrange catering yourself.
The meal given in thanks for a newborn, with family and neighbors.
Khatm, ameen, a hifz graduation — when a child or a student finishes, the community is fed. Our own hifz students graduate here.
The gathering families hold once the burial is done, and the ones kept later in someone’s memory — the third day, the fortieth, whatever your family keeps.
A recitation gathering — for a vow fulfilled, a new home, a safe return — followed by a meal.
Welcoming pilgrims back, in the week they return.
A family or a business hosting one evening of Ramadan for the congregation.

The same rate applies whatever the occasion — an aqiqah, a mawlid, a meal after a funeral. There is no separate price list to work through.

Associations and community groups in the neighborhood use the halls for gatherings, programs and iftars. The arrangement is the same: the halls as a donation, the meal only if you want it.

Common questions about the halls
What does a hall cost?
$1,500 for both halls — one standard rate whatever the occasion, taken as a donation to the mosque. Tables and chairs are set out for your guests.
How many people fit?
120 in total. There are two halls underneath the masjid, 60 seats in each: the wider men’s hall and the narrower women’s hall.
Does the mosque cook the meal?
If you would like it to. The mosque’s own kitchen cooks and serves at $50 per guest. You are welcome to arrange catering yourself instead, and the halls cost the same either way.
What is on the standard menu?
Soup, rice and meat, chicken leg, three different appetizers, salad, baklava, and cold drinks, water and tea.

How do we reserve a date?
Request a date and a time on this website. Nothing is charged there and nothing is confirmed at that point; one of our imams calls you, and a 20% deposit after that call confirms the date.
